Rates for Therapy as of 12/19/2020
Inital appointments:
$180.00 for 50 minute first appointment
$255.00 for 85 minute first appointment
On going appointments
$150.00 for 50 minute appointment
$225.00 for 85 minute appointment
There are no extra fees based on the number of people in the session. The same fee applies to individual, couples or family therapy.
Longer intensive sessions are also possible. Intensives may last for 3 hours to 6 hours and are typically reserved for clients who travel or wish to work deeply and intensly on thier concerns. If you wish to schedule a longer session, please discuss this option with Reg dierctly.
Rates for EMDR Consultation - this is a service Reg provides to Therapists who are seeking to strengthen thier EMDR knowledge and skills
Individual consultation is $120.00 hour. Two therapists may split an hour of inpidual when working towards EMDRIA certification lowering the fee to $50.00 per person per hour.
Group rates vary based on the number of people in the group (up to 4 per hour).
Rates for EMDR consultation for group are determined on a case by case basis and are based on variables such as number of people attending, location of service. Please ask Reg about the fees when you talk.
Insurance
Reg's client's pay for thier services directly, rather than using thier insurance to maintain thier privacy.
If you wish to use your insurance, you may pay for your services at the time of your appointment and resubmit your receipt to your insurance. If you plan to do this, check with your insurance first to determine if this is a possible option for you.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Does my insurance plan require that I see providers on thier panel?
- Ask your carrier to provide you with a list of providers near you, based on your zip code and reason for seeking therapy.
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
All major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation is requested.
Cancelations with notice of 24 hours or more are not charged. Cancelations of less than 24 hours are repsonbile for the full scheduled fee.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Reg at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
