Rates
$180 per 50-minute for the first intake session.
$150 per 50-minute session after the intake session.
$225 per 90-minute session after the intake session.
Longer sessions are also possible. If you wish to schedule a longer session, please discuss this option with Reg dierctly.

Insurance
Reg's client's pay for thier services directly, rather than using thier insurance to maintain thier privacy.
If you wish to use your insurance, you may pay for your services at the time of your appointment and resubmit your receipt to your insurance. If you plan to do this, check with your insurance first to determine if this is a possible option for you.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Does my insurance plan require that I see providers on thier panel?
• Ask your carrier to provide you with a list of providers near you, based on your zip code.
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?  

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Checks are the preferred method.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
